Every property regularly inspected
They have an extensive network of Regional Managers throughout Britain. Their responsibilities include making regular checks that properties are maintaining the standards that first earned them the right to be included in their portfolio. To give a more comprehensive idea of what the property is like, each property has been inspected and graded with one of five grades dependent on property quality.
The gradings have been carried out by their Regional Managers working to a strict set of criteria which takes into account the over all quality of each property and its grounds, regardless of its geographical location or the number of people it can accommodate.
